Camp notes

2-hours total party time- £175
Parties are held Saturday & Sunday 2-4pm or 4:30-6:30pm
This price is for 40 children
Full and exclusive use of the gymnastics hall, all toys out,
music, bouncy castle, and all gymnastics equipment.
2-4pm parties must leave prompt no later than 4:10pm so we can prepare for the
next party.

• The setup is 90-minute play then you go for 30-minute food. If you go for food early,
YOU CAN NOT GO BACK ON THE FLOOR. (Supply your own food, NO alcohol). You can
gain access to the gym at 20 mins before to lay table covers (You need 5), put-up
balloons etc.

• Party payments/deposits - £50 deposit to be paid at the time of booking (non-
refundable).
We cannot hold any dates without the deposit.
Remaining £125 to be paid via cash on the day before the party starting. The party
cannot start without the payment being made first.
Deposits are non-transferable

• All outside footwear MUST be removed by children and adults before they are allowed
on the gymnastics floor and equipment, NO adults on the gymnastics equipment or
bouncy castles.

• You can have a mascot visit in the gym for the party, but NO face painting is allowed
due to this
transferring onto the gymnastics equipment and damaging it.

• NO food is allowed away from the tables. Please keep the gym as tidy as possible. MGC
has no access to any running water for consumption or hot and cold storage. We also
cannot allow anything plugged in (This includes coffee urns/slow cookers). Due to fire
hazard and insurances.

• NO persons allowed on the equipment before the party start time as you may be
charged for this. When your food starts, the coaches will start dismantling equipment,
so for health and safety you must not let anyone back on to the gym floor.

• NO toys allowed on the track or bouncy castle; the site is a no smoking zone.

• NO pets or animals allowed in the gymnastics centre unless a disability aided animal.

• Parents will be responsible for supervising their own children at the party and you must
have at least 2 adults always present in the gym hall during the party. A member of
MGC staff will be in the building during the party for health and safety but is not
responsible for supervising the party. Monkton Gymnastics Club will take no
responsibility for accidents/injures during the party. By paying the deposit you are a
agreeing to all our rules and regulations set above.
